All services are subject to availability and site inspection.

3. Quotations & Bookings

• Quotations provided via Jobber or email are estimates, valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Acceptance of a quotation forms a contract between you (the client) and Gutter Guys 2U.
• We reserve the right to amend pricing if conditions change or unforeseen issues arise (we’ll notify you before proceeding).

4. Payments

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment via bank transfer, card (through Jobber), or cash.
• Late payments may incur interest as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee.

6. Liability

We take care to ensure all work is carried out safely and professionally.
However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or faults in guttering, fascia, or roofing structures
• Minor cosmetic marks or debris resulting from necessary cleaning work
• Any indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the service provided.

• All content on this website (text, images, logos) is owned by Gutter Guys 2U or used under licence.
• You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
• We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our site.
