Problem:

Margaret contacted us when she noticed her upper gutter was rapidly filling up and spilling over the sides during rainfall. Solution:

We began by performing a thorough clearance of the upper gutter channel to remove any loose debris and residue. Next, we targeted the blocked downspout, carefully breaking down and extracting the compacted silt until the pipe was completely open. Once the blockage was cleared, we reconnected the downspout securely and ran a full water test to verify that rainwater was draining smoothly from the roofline all the way to ground level.

Challenges:

This project presented no unusual access issues or technical complications. The standard clearance and flushing methods allowed us to diagnose and resolve the issue efficiently on-site without any unexpected delays.

Result:
